Harmonisation of Points System
In May 2008 the following Housing Associations / Co-operatives simplified the way they assess housing need.

| Port of Leith Housing Association | 554 0403 |
You do not need to do anything as a result of this change. This means you will now have the same number of points for all of these landlords.
As before the individual landlord will contact you directly when they have a vacancy and you appear at the top of a shortlist for one of their properties. The amount of time you will have to wait for housing will continue to depend on your individual circumstances, the type of property you require, where you wish to stay and the number of properties that become available.
The Housing Associations / Co-ops above do not advertise their vacancies in the EH Your Key to Choice publication or website.
