Oxgangs Regeneration

Dunedin Canmore Housing Association is in the process of building 85 new homes in Oxgangs within Phase 2 of the regeneration programme for the central Oxgangs area.

The properties will be a mix of houses and flats, and will include homes for single households, families, as well as amenity and wheelchair adapted housing. The wider regeneration project will include retail units, community workspaces, a lochan and a childrens nursery.

The properties are expected to be available for let between November 2008 and September 2009, subject to building work. Priority is being given to Right to Return tenants who previously lived in the 3 tower blocks at Capelaw Court, Caerketton Court and Allermuir Court, which are now demolished.

The remainder of the available properties will be advertised through Key to Choice, closer to the time they are ready. If you are interested, look out for more adverts in future editions.
