Hyvots Regeneration

As part of the regeneration of the Moredun Park and Hyvots area, Dunedin Canmore Housing Association is currently building Phase 3 of their new build development at Hyvots.

The development consists of 92 new flats and houses and will include homes for single households, families, as well as amenity and wheelchair adapted homes.

The first properties are expected to be ready in February 2009 and more properties will be handover through to early 2010.

Some of the properties will be allocated to tenants affected by the regeneration, such as tenants whose homes are due for demolition or tenants who have already been rehoused but retain a Right to Return. The remaining properties will be advertised through Key to Choice.
