Note of Interest
Step one:
You must be registered with EdIndex before you can fill in a note of interest form. To register, fill in an EdIndex application form which is available at your local neighbourhood office and EdIndex partners. For a full list of neighbourhood offices click on Contact us.
Step two:
please ensure you have fully read the guidelines.
Step three:
If you would like advice on how to complete your EdIndex form or on how to bid for properties please click on housing advice.
Step four:
select up to three properties by either of the following methods:
- find properties using the search form and follow the "register your interest" links next to their reference numbers (this requires a cookies-enabled browser).
- type reference numbers into the boxes below and click the confirm button for each in turn.
Your choices cannot be ranked in order of preference.

Make Your Bid
The maximum number of properties you can bid for every week is 3. There is space for 3 bids on the Note of Interest Form. Please remember to check you are eligible for a property before you make your bid.

Please complete as much of the form as you can and check that you have entered the correct property address and reference number.
Once you have filled in your form you must then email, post or hand it in to your local neighbourhood housing office. For your bid to count, your local neighbourhood office must receive it before the advertised closing date.
You will be contacted if your bid has been successful.

Viewing Available Homes
If you’re successful in your bid, a Housing Officer will arrange an appointment for you to view the property.
Remember, although the property is advertised, it may still be occupied by the current tenant. We ask you to respect their privacy and not contact them to view the property privately. |
